In 30 days, you cannot expect a massive transformation, but trust me, if you have been doing it consistently,
it will encourage you to take on bigger challenges that will eventually transform your life.
Girl, listen to this. Getting your nails done or having spa days can help you glow externally, and that too for some minutes, but what matters is how you feel inside. And you can never be happy if your inner self is still in chaos.
So, grab a healthy snack without wasting any further, and let’s dive in. LOL, it was about to say a cheeseburger, but since it is a glow-up challenge, we will save the burger for a cheat day. (I think I am the only one chaotic here ;))

In simple words, Glow-up can be defined as a newer, updated, and better version of yourself. Like cars, we need an upgrade because we are machines, too! Glow-up includes everything that helps you improve emotionally, financially, spiritually, mentally, and physically. It doesn’t require tons of money and can be started at home, too.
Glow-ups can happen with time and age, but you can initiate them for yourself at any time and age. The beauty of glow-up is that You don’t have to be 35 to glow up! All you need is dedication, commitment, and a reason to glow up! That is why most of the girls glow up after their breakups! ( Even I am one of them)

TIPS TO GLOW UP IN A MONTH?
PRIORITISE YOURSELF
Yes, did you hear me? You are the most precious person to yourself. No matter how much people judge you or put you down, you, queen, must keep your heads straight. And prioritize yourself. Make a to-do list for yourself and write everything you need to do for yourself.
From fixing your posture to getting rid of your bad things. And say NO to all those things that genuinely drain you out of your energy. Trust me, you’re a lot more capable than you think you are!
EXERCISING
How will you get in shape if you have ice cream and lie in bed all day? Get out of bed and move your body in the simplest way possible. Go for a walk, stretch for 10 minutes, and watch a YouTube video with beginner-friendly workouts.
The main thing is to move your body so that your body even knows that you are getting out of your comfort zone. Exercise will not only help you tone your body, increase your dopamine and serotonin levels, and decrease your cortisol.
When I first started exercising, I could barely walk for 20 minutes straight, but now I can even walk for up to 1 hour without getting exhausted.
HYDRATION
Hydration, hydration and hydration! Mark my words. Hydration is all you need to glow up in a month. Drinking water regularly will help you increase your brain functioning and enhance your energy levels. Drinking water regularly will also help you relieve stress and have happier and glowing skin.
I agree that drinking plain water all day is boring; instead, opt for detox water, like cucumbers or any water infusers, to get some minerals. If you remember that you have to drink water, buy yourself a cute sipper that will remind you to drink water, or any water-drinking app would be great! (thanks for reminding me to have a sip)
JOURNALING
I love journaling; when I say this, I mean it. Journaling has to do a lot with who I am today. And that’s one thing your
older self will indeed thank you for. Initially, I didn’t journal every day, but I used to journal on significant days- good or bad.
Writing journals helped me reflect more on my abilities and skills and helped me improve myself. First, you don’t have to write one full page daily, and I always say this: Start by doing it small. Buy a 5$ journal or even less so that you develop a habit of journaling.
Trust me; five sentences to start with is more than reasonable. Moreover, with journaling, you can know yourself better and more profoundly. So start Journaling today!
SOCIALS DETOX
Sometimes, you’re already going through a lot of stuff in your personal life, and then you open your social media feed, VOILA. I hate to say this, but social media is a source of disappointment, fakeness, and regret. You cannot find even one person who doesn’t fake on Instagram to get attention.
And everyone pretends so well that we think that’s true most of the time! So, to avoid that unwanted trash, take a detox day. I suggest a week, which would be good too. I have ZERO regrets for getting my work done without scrolling tiktok for hours.
Deactivate your account for a month when you’re in your glow-up month so that you can invest all your time on your priorities- YOURSELF.
SLEEPING
Who doesn’t love sleeping and rejuvenating? I am a sleeper, then(is that even a word? I don’t know). Getting at least 8 hours of sleep daily is essential for your body to repair, relax, and shine again for the next day. Now, if you’re on your husting days, try sleeping for at least 6 hours daily, not less.
Get a comfortable bed and a pillow where you can rest, forget about all your stresses, and You won’t get any dark circles. Moreover, psychology reveals that. Sleeping will help you consolidate memories and learning and help you grasp things more effectively.
STAYING DISCIPLINED
Staying disciplined is not a one-day game. I have read so many autobiographies of famous people in which they have described how hard it is to be disciplined on top of it to develop that habit. Being disciplined will incline you more towards your goals and ambition and help you to stay consistent.
Now you will be like, I know this, but How do I do it? Start small and simple. Decide how many hours you want to work without getting distracted, keep your phone aside while working, and don’t multitask! COMMIT YOURSELF- that is the main thing.
MEDITATING
I love meditating near any lake or on the rooftop. It is better and more peaceful in the early morning. Meditating helps me improve my stress and serotonin levels and heals me. I was not a calm person always. I suffered from depression, chronic anxiety, and anger issues.
At some point in time, I was even cut off from my own family because I was the toxic person there, and nobody wanted to talk to me. But all thanks to meditation because it healed me, and now I am not an aggressive person at all. (exceptions do occur, okay!).
Mediating for even 10 minutes daily is okay, but do it with mindfulness and some yoga.
WAKE UP EARLY
I am a night owl, but how can I be an early bird in just one month? Here is the catch, girl. Just write down the time you go to bed and the time that you wake up. Do this for one week; starting next week, you have to wake up 30 minutes before your daily time. It will work because it worked for me, too.
And how can we forget that quote: an early bird catches the worm? While everyone else is enjoying their sleep, wake up and work on yourself, which will keep you 100x more productive, happy, and ahead of them and be in that top 10%.
EAT HEALTHY
Eating healthy and remaining fit is another challenge you must overcome in these 30 days. This is because your diet affects your mood, sleep levels, and how you feel during the day. Notice the difference between the day you have fries vs. avocado toast.
Eating healthy will help you be more productive during the day and give you a lot of energy. Try swapping your breakfast with healthy ones, and NEVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST. That’s a tip!
READ
We can bet that you can never find a millionaire or billionaire who does have a habit of reading. So, girl, if you want to be a millionaire, go to the library and grab self-help books. Sometimes, I think about this fact and feel that this is because we all experience different things in life.
When we read about other people’s life experiences, we tend to develop a vast horizon of thinking and interpreting things. Moreover, unlike your ex, books will always add value to your life!
So, for the next 30 days, read at least one self-help book, starting from Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. (my all-time favorite)
PRACTICE SKINCARE
Who doesn’t love skincare? I am sure everyone does, even if you have or don’t have the money. Try a basic skincare routine for a month and see the results. If you have any skincare condition, consult any dermatologist first without applying anything to your skin.
Having glowing and flawless skin is every girl’s dream, but it doesn’t always have to be tedious! Radiate the confidence from your skin, too, by the end of this month without any wrinkles! To start, don’t stress too much.
INVEST IN YOURSELF
Investment is not always about money; most of the time, it is, but rather, invest your time and effort if you want to see the results. Look at the areas where you want to see results by the end of 30 days.
Make actionable goals and plans to help you get there rather than just thinking and procrastinating. Investing in yourself will make you more self-assured and give you the confidence to do everything and anything.
CUT OFF THE TOXICITY
You queen doesn’t deserve toxicity. Learn to stand up and Say NO for yourself. Do the things that you want to do. Cut down on everything that brings you toxicity, maybe your family, friends, or even Instagram!
Don’t feel afraid of what other people will think of you. It’s just that you can either live for yourself or the world! The choice is yours.
USE SUNSCREEN
I don’t know how often I have said sunscreen is your best friend! Research revealed that if you use sunscreen straight for two years, your skin complexion will be fairer. And sunscreen has numerous benefits you cannot even think of- anti-aging, protection from UV rays, keeping your skin hydrated, and whatnot. In these 30 days, at least include a habit of using sunscreen every day!
SPEND A SELF-CARE DAY
My dear honey, you deserve a day! Take a self-reset day, lie in your bed, and do nothing. I validate that, which is lovely because you have been working so hard. Take some time to appreciate yourself and be grateful for what you have achieved.
Be in your PJs and whatever you like; your best friend advises you to do this. No judgments; you can have that ice cream, sushi, and cheeseburger you have longed for! And even filling your stomach up to throat for one day is fine 🙂
DECLUTTERING
decluttering your space is as vital as decluttering your mind. At the end of every day, try to declutter every space in your house, your desk, bedroom, and kitchen, and if you’re not living alone just like me, just your room is fine.
Similarly, decluttering your thoughts throughout the day is essential, too. Don’t overthink too much; whenever you feel like your thoughts are getting messed up, journal. And trust me, it will help you a lot!
STAYING POSITIVE
I know life can be hard sometimes, but the main thing is never to give up. I always believe that when life gives you lemons, take them and squeeze them into your problem’s eyes. So, there are no lemons and no issues!
Surround yourself with people who motivate you and encourage you to do better and more significantly in
life! Why settle for less when you’re destined for more? So, no more negativity around!
And Always practice gratitude. Expressing gratitude to the universe, people, and everyone around you will make you feel positive, happy, and grounded.
SPEND TIME IN NATURE
Spending time in nature will make you more peaceful and improve your health and stress levels. Look at the greenery around you; you will be happy and smiling. Moreover, try some nature-related activities to help you build connections and relieve stress. Nature-based activities often involve social interaction, strengthening relationships, and improving social well-being.
MANAGE YOUR EXPENSES
Glow-up is complete with working on your financials. Managing your expenses is as necessary as managing your closet. You need to organize both of them to know where your stuff is.
